Divine Breath Yoga is designed as a gentle yoga practice lead by Candace Decker, RYT-200, to rest, relax, restore, and heal the body, mind, and soul through Christ-centered mindful movements. However, some venues need a secular approach without scripture references. Candace can offer Christ-centered or secular classes on chairs or on yoga mats!
